FOURWAYS MALL - GOOD or BAD

FOURWAYS MALL SHOPPING CENTRE – GOOD OR BAD? Fourways Mall is a beautiful shopping centre; good selection of shops, pleasant environment, etc., but: 1. Parking lighting is terrible (it feels like being in a dungeon). 2. Parking signage is impossible to follow (e.g. in one point you have a sign overhead saying EXIT to your left; at the same point painting on the floor shows Exit straight) 3. Signage in the lifts is almost impossible to comprehend. 4. Signage inside the shopping centre is impossible to follow. Difficult to find a toilet. 5. Security guards (not all) are unable to show you the way to shop you are looking for. So, even though it is the shopping centre closest to me I and my friends from the neighbourhood avoid shopping there.

My advice to the Management is: 1. Fix the above problems. 2. Develop an application to find shops in Fourways Mall. I will gladly load it on my cell phone.
