I had to upgrade one of my cellphone contacts and my Account was flaged as somone tried to **********ly tried to upgrades Normally i would just do itbover the internet. But she helped me even when Vodacom head office workers were full of **** and even said i must go to another shop as that specific worker did not want to have that shops correct number to verify that a am indeed at the vodashop....After about 2 hours of trying she go it right. She even went so far as to getting me free merchandise of the phone model i bought. Would definitely in the future go to her again. For her get the **** done attitude is what we need in Southern Africa
