Excellent Service fom Control Room Supervisor - Tshepo Mpolokeng at Fourways Mall,

I will like to say thank you so much for the wonderful service received from Tshepo , I was stressed and frustrated when my phone was broken and the phone shop couldnt assist me appropeate but he made sure he mediate the situation even after I was so loud and angry but WOW his professionalism in handling the situation and also to even call me back to find out if I am happy with the service wow big upS!!!!
