Dangerous construction, injured elderly, poor response

<p>Fourways Review 2 weeks ago my elderly mother fell whilst walking her grandkids in Fourways Mall, the area was poorly lit, the only actual lighting in your face put there it appears for the workers who pulled up the tiles, left a large ridge for the doors, and NO WARNINGS whatsoever. She has 2 cracked bones in her shoulder and it seems the response was to simply send her the insurance details. Pathetic service, no calls, assistance or support. Who can I call to take action here?</p>
