Customer service skills leave A LOT to be desired

Their employees have 0 customer skills. We had to ask twice for somebody to come and assist us with laptop lay-buy information because the first person we asked for assistance ignored us. And the person who helped us was very aggressive and unwilling to explain what the laptop entailed. I have decided to purchase a laptop elsewhere due to this treatment.
