Client subjected crimen injuria

Report re Europa Cafe', and mismanagement of an order, duly followed up. Angelique&Lynette did admit of the matter&I was informed owner/mngr Europa would ring me. These 2 women evinced reasonable manners, but I stressed that owing to Europa's prior attitude, and extreme media reportage since seen online about this firm, I specifically did not want verbal aggression nor abuse, nor would I engage in same. A call came through 11.48, in reply to which I approached desk Europa Cafe'. When I saw the owner was about to engage in yet further verbal abuse, I immediately left the counter & made my way to restroom, to whence owner pursued me. In full view of shoppers, 2 shops I deal with as client, Eric & identifiable security guard, said owner at her behest confronted me, sought to intimidate me, enacted verbal abuse, threat & shouts/insult and behaved exactly opposite to what was requested by me in speaking to Lynette&Angelique. In legal terms, these actions amount to CONFRONTATION & CRIMEN UNJURIA. Fourways Mall security did not address my plight, since the correct procedure would have been to arrest the confronting party.
