Bad service

So yesterday I went to collect my online order, the cashier was so rude she made me feel like she's doing me a favour by helping me... I packed my stuff nicely into the new plastics after confirming that all is in order..then asked the lady to throw the damaged bags in the store bin and she refused in the most rudest way...forgot her name but I do have her employee number on my till slip...I would somehow understand if there were other customers needing her help but I was the only one there 18:06.
