Bad service

Good day

Very bad service by the service center for fourways parking, got to the parking boom gate opened and didn't get a ticket, I went to pay station was asked to go to boom gate so they can check footage, went there and i was told to go to the gate i used to come in, i went and stood by the sun for 20 minutes only to be told to go back inside to pay, i got to the machine the machine wasn't working. Waiting another 20 minutes for someone to come and reset the machine. Why so much inconvenience. The gentleman assisting was Witnesses Malatje.

Am not happy at all, i didn't ask for free parking but ticket to pay and leave then 40 minutes of my time is wasted. Getting worse by day
