Bad customer service

Good day i was at postnet fourways mall yesterday and i forgot my faceshield at the store,i returned to ask if i did not leave my face shield.i was told the store manager threw it in the bin....thats where i had to dig the bin n take it out....clearly if you forgot your things at postnet they throw them away,you no longer useful to them they already to your money.If you fogert your things at the store as a customer you will find them in the bin.Nonhlanhla Smith...cell no:***
