Unprofessional, rude and bad workmanship

I had a horrible experience with them. I paid for refurbishment of a table set. It was delivered with damage on the table top and small scratches on the entire table due to the sanding not being done properly. They came to my home the next day to view my complaints. They were immediately defensive and full of excuses. They became very rude when I asked them to not make excuses and to please confirm if they can fix the issues I had. I was told they are there out of goodwill and I should let the professionals do their job.

I would never recommend or use them again.

I also spoke to some one that had a similar experience after they completely ruined a cupboard.

The right thing would have been to come in and apogise for the issues and just fix it. Instead they were rude and did not take any responsibility for the damage and bad workmanship.
