Seven Purchases, Two Years & Still a Happy Customer

I felt almost compelled to share my experience as a genuine, long standing client of Found Recycled after seeing some of the awful reviews on HelloPeter!!!

I have been a client of Found Recycled for just over two years and have purchased seven pieces from them during that time, an armoire, bedside tables, a dining table, two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a custom made bathroom vanity

With SEVEN separate purchases I feel that I have had PLENTY of experience dealing with the company and can honestly say that my experience has been a very positive one!!

Each purchase has been a great investment, and I have been very happy with both the pieces themselves and the service I have received. I have found the team helpful, professional and knowledgeable, and I have always felt comfortable dealing with them.

What stands out to me is that I have continued to go back and purchase from them. If my experience had been anything like some of these negative reviews suggest, I definitely wouldn’t have returned to make purchase after purchase over a two year period!!!!

I understand that Found Recycled has chosen not to respond to reviews on HelloPeter and has instead asked clients who have had positive experiences to share their own experiences. As a genuine client I am more than happy to do that.

I am not saying that someone else's experience wasn't their experience. However I do think it is important that the many satisfied clients who have had good experiences are also heard.

Personally for me the best evidence is my own history with the company, seven pieces purchased over two years, and I remain a happy and satisfied client!!

I am sharing this review simply because I believe potential customers deserve to see a more balanced picture before making up their minds based on a bunch of negative reviews!!!!

Based on my own experience I won’t even hesitate recommending Found Recycled and would happily purchase from them again.
