What an awful, unprofessional experience!!!! After a promised two week lead time, we had to follow up in week four, and after that several times on the progress of the sideboard, only to have it delivered 8 weeks later. Delivery also had to take place twice, as the first attempt was promised to be at our house by 17:00 on a Friday afternoon only for them to arrive at midnight without communicating whether they were even still coming.

Kieran from the place had such a "no care" attitude throughout the whole process, and called me out for "not being their only client they have to deal with" and that I am the one "being difficult" after they are the party not delivering and communicating as promised.

This was such a stressful and disappointing experience. We honestly thought that we have been ****med.

After eventually receiving the product, it does not even look like the pictures at all. Such a waste of time and money for us as a young married couple thinking we bought a timeless quality piece of furniture.

I would NEVER recommend using these people's services, they are terrible people, and their way of doing business is horrible.
