Not fixing my car

Firstly I felt something was wrong with my bakkie on 22nd of June 2015 so I took it to the dealership on the 23rd of June, I spoke to Monika and she said they are too busy, I can only bring it in the next Tuesday, so I phoned the Roodepoort branch but they said they can only help me the next Wednesday as they were too busy as well. So I got hold of the branch in edenvale, I spoke to Warren, he said it sounds serious so he will have a look at the car the Thursday morning 24th of June. Warren took the bakkie around the block and said it was the clutch that is slipping, but they could only strip the car on Monday when their warranty lady would be back from leave. I explicitly asked him can I drive it like this and he said no problem. Needless to say my bakkie broke down next to the high way in the middle of the night and then I couldn't get hold of the foton road side assistance so I had to use my insurance. I am a sales rep so I'm constantly on the road and I need a car so I got a hire car on the sunday. My bakkie was taken to Boksburg on Monday but only stripped on Thursday, I have spoken to Renthia and Refilwe at head office. I cannot afford the hire car anymore its been 10 days
