No service and bad management

I own a Foton tunland d/c bakkie and this vehicle has been giving problems from the word go. It has 30000 km's on the clock and has been in the workshop more that what can be imagined for a new vehicle. If it is not the turbo it is the radio or the doors not locking.The last time my vehicle went for service i found out that they want to claim a new air cleaner for the bakkie from my service plan and when i asked why they said it was because the retaining bolts were stripped! They did all the services on the vehicle and i have to pay for they mistakes! when ever i take the vehicle for service they tell their driver to use my own vehicle to drop me off at home because the company vehicle is not available. Right now i have been driving my bakkie around without being able to lock the doors, the air cleaner is loose and the power steering is leaking oil and their remedy was to give me a bottle of oil just to fill the steering fluid if all has leaked out! If i don't receive any feedback within this week i will be forced go to the news papers to make this negligence and poor service public. The worst of all is that they refuse to buy back their own vehicles because of all the problems!
