Foton has my car and they don't wanna repair it!!!

I took my car to repairs at Foton Pretoria Central on the 16th of January 2015. The car has been giving me problems with the ABS light going on and off and the next thing the engine just collapsed/died! The car was bought brand new and it's sitting at 22000kms for it to be giving so much problems! The manager Mr Pieter Van Wyk of Foton Pretoria Central promised to have the car fixed but every time I go there I'm told stories! I've even took the matter with Head Office Foton SA and some lady called Natalie Mostert send me an e-mail saying that she's looking into the matter and that was as far as it goes! I've even called their customer care line number *** and it keeps on ringing with no answer! Is there anywhere I could lay a formal complaint like the ombudsman because I feel I've been treated unfairly? What does Foton SA expects of me to do with a car which is not moving yet I paid for it and to add insult to injury, it's just sitting in their yard for what reason, I don't know! The service is disgusting and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy Foton based on the experiences I'm going through!
