Foton customer care Service
My FOTON TUNLAND GRANITE has been at Foton multi franchise since 15th January 2019 waiting for parts to arrive to repair the gearbox Foton themselves took 2 weeks to approve the repair, then the parts have to come from China I am waiting for the part to arrive no one knows when ??? This car is a pile of SH..T and FOTON customer care is worse . I spoke to David *****ya from FOTON and he was very unsympathetic would not supply a loan vehicle or even offer to supply any form of transport. I wish I had seen this site before i bought one .
I am getting rid of it as soon as It comes back !!!!

11 Mar 2019, 15:39Still at the Vereeniging deal been there since 15th January 2019 with gearbox removed cannot get in touch with Foton just a call centre .
Does anyone know Foton head office in China

18 Mar 2019, 09:35GOT SMS not a phone call part not arriving till 5th April 2019, what a micky mouse company the MOTUS group are so they send there parts by a slow boat from CHINA. Must have been made there !!

05 Jul 2019, 14:47Clutch now slipping foton Tunland truck know from before this is a problem now they have left S Africa leaving a lot of customers unsatisfied.
