Bad service and unprofessional

The car dealership has no respect for their customers and the product they are selling. From the time we bought the car it was faulty, it took a over a month to replace it. When they finally did, the car they have dispatched was not registered with traffic department., had a temporary licence. Even as I m writing this report they are giving us a hogwash story about the new disc if the car. This car dealership needs to closed down, they clearly can't run business. The company is infested with ***** and the return calls or even do a follow up with their clients. I dread the day we have to take the car for the service, as they are so unreliable and dishonest. I wish we never never had to deal with them. A simple transaction as sorting out a disc is a struggle, what more about bigger problems. Disappointed and disgusted.
