I am very dissapointed on how Foschini stores handle returned items.<br> <br> I bought a pair of shoes from Cresta last week, unfortunately I had to return them since they did not fit well.<br> <br> I went to Balfour Park , The lady who was helping me told me I need t take the shoe back to cresta because they dont have ZOOM products therefore they wont be able to take the shoes.<br> <br> According to my understand they were suppose to take the shoes and shipped them to the relevant store .
