Zodwa from foschini Maponya mall

Bad customer service that i received from foschini Maponya Mall. I went to make a purchase at the store on the 10th of September, I arrived at the store at 17:45 only to find the doors already closed, there was a lady that was busy doing back shop packing I waved at her to get her attention she then walked to my direction and told me that the store has already closed I then asked her how so because I know that the store closes at 6pm, she went on and told me about how we at the bank close our doors earlier than the mensioned time on our doors, she said this because she saw that I'm wearing my work uniform, she refused to let me in and insisted that the shop has already closed, when she saw that I wasn't taking it and that her other colleague is not backing her up she opened the door and let me in, when I thought it was all done she kept on screaming and telling me about the bad service that she gets when she goes to the bank so she's also doing the same thing to me of which I was at the store on my own personal capacity it had nothing to do with my job or whatever that she has experienced, I asked her y she has never brought it up she just kept on going at me.. i did go to the store the next day to bring it up to the managers attention she was surprised about the whole thing and said she didn't know about it and that she would get back to me with feedback till to date I have not received any call from any of the ladies at to why was I disrespected so much... it's actually revolting, very bad experience foschini Maponya Mall Zodwa (the lady in question) is putting the staff in shame no morals whatsoever. why must the service be different in the township unlike in Eastgate or all the other areas I have been to. it's even worse that my complain was not even taken seriously its over 10 days now I'm still waiting for an apology I'm disgusted!
