good day<br> I bought a Vodacom Tablet with sport scene/ Foschini Group early in December 2015. Just after 3 to 4 month of using it, the phone stopped working and wouldn't start. I took it to Sport Scene N1 City for repair as i was under warranty. On my receipt it is marked phone appearances \fair\". The shop steward checked the phone and saw nothing. Few days later, i was called by a lady to tell me that the phone was already opened and thus the warranty was void.<br> This is an insult. When i dropped the phone the steward checked and i was not told of that. Just to be insulted few days later. <br> When it is about taking my money you are quick to do so, but when it comes to service, you never deliver. You are just acting like ******. looking for the smallest reason possible not to fulfill your duty. I never tried to open that phone .. NEVER EVER. This is a lie and you know i cant do nothing and you taking advantage of that.<br> and since then i don't even know where is my tablet, no body is calling me and no one is telling me nothing. You are a bunch of *****.<br> I wish i could cancel my subscription with ******* like you"
