You dont keep your promise
Last week i complained about being charged R20 for a so called col fee letter whylist i spoke to one of you consultant about paying my account. You said you will get back to me in 2 days time. But now its over a week. But if i dont pay my account you dont stop calling. I will be closing this account when i finish paying what i owe you. My ref number for my previous complain is RM26244
