Wrong size and poor customer service

Ordered two pair of shoes which were on sale.The delivery took forever to begin with which was unusual,I receive the shoes one pair is a wrong size,I contact the consumer service only I got was an apology and a lie the assistant claimed that the shoe is no longer available online,I logged into the new app which I also give 1 star and find the shoe,mind you I checked 4 foshini stores around me before I ordered online and couldn't find the shoe therefore I asked for the person to check the shoe outside my area so I can be able to exchange their "wrong size" they sent &&& dololo assistance after they've wronged me and I wake up to an email stating that my case have been resolved just like that.Am so disappointed andifuni ukungasho
