WRONG RACE - YOU DO NOT QUALIFY FOR AN ACCOUNT !!!!

The people in the Accounts department are OBVIOUSLY NOT properly trained in determining an applicant's AFFORDABILITY !!!

I am SHOCKED to learn that I have been DECLINED for an account although I have a MINIMUM surplus (MONEY LEFT OVER AFTER PAYING ALL MY DEBT) of about R5,500.00 EVERY month.

When I queried the UNACCEPTABLE, I received a reply from the accounts department stating :

>>> Unfortunately your application was declined due to failing affordability. I understand your frustration but The National Credit Act requires TFG to conduct an affordability assessment at the time of you opening the account. Your salary declared is R##,###.00 and your other income declared was R#,###.00. That amounts to R##,###.00. Your expenses on your application amounted to R##,###.00 and your Bureau expenses amounts to R#,###.00. That amounts to R##,###.00. <<<<

What your *********** staff DO NOT TAKE INTO ACCOUNT is that the EXPENSES on the APPLICATION ALREADY INCLUDE the BUREAU EXPENSES PLUS day-to-day LIVING EXPENSES.

I am married IN COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY --- MY HUSBAND AND I SHARE THE PAYMENT OF ALL EXPENSES ON A 50/50 BASIS !!!

My DOMESTIC lady, who earns ONLY R3,500.00 per month and NO OTHER INCOME, qualified and was GRANTED an account with R5,500.00 credit .... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ???????

I AM CONVINCED THAT I DO NOT QUALITY as I am WHITE and do not support your ANC government !!!!!!!!!!!

I want to warn ALL WHITES OUT THERE THINKING OF APPLYING FOR CREDIT WITH FOSCHINI ---- WRONG RACE !!!!!!!!!!!
