Wrong item delivered no response from Foschini

I ordered online from Foschini. Ordered a swimming costume but received a dress. Phoned the online queries number 3 times. Every time the consultant states that I will receive a notification of when the courier will pick up the item in order for them to do a refund to my account. No notification up to date, no courier pick up. In desperation went to the local Foschini, sales lady could not help but promised manager will contact me, 5 days later and still no call from the manager.
