Wrong info sent to credit bureau!!!!!

I have a debit order on my bank account for my Foschini account (which is now paid off) through their collections company, Vericred which went off monthly without any problems. However my credit report shows missed payments every month and this has had a very negative impact on my Credit Score. How can i always have missed payments if the debit order gets money every month. Foschini needs to correct the information they sent to the credit bureau regarding my account. This is unacceptable.
