Wrong figurs on account

I do pay my account on time, my account is over 6 months and I do pay more than my instalment BUT my balance differs from my slip received after paying according to my new statements balance and they charge me interest for WHAT??? I also have to pay for a letter??? for WHAT and when sent to me??? Every time I do pay in store they tell me I have to pay more than that stated on my statement<br> <br> I did mail them twice but NO feedback.
