WRONG AGE IDENTITY

I've opened up an account in 2019 and then I lost my job, couldn't pay up my installments but now I'm paying every month, they didn't give me credit even though the balance I owe is R632 and it appears on their system I am 113 Years old!!! Like I am a born free!. I went to TheFix in Cleary Pack (PE) last week and the assistant said they can't help me with this.

I just wanna pay up the balance then close the account.
