Wrap coat disaster!

I called the Foschini in Cleary Park and spoke to a Sikelelwa. I asked her to hold a size 12 wrap coat that was on sale for a day. When I went to the shop, I found the coat was sold by Nikki and was told by the manager that they still have boxes to unpack and will get a call if the coat is in one of the boxes, I suggested ordering it in case its not in the boxes. The agreement after was that the R70 paid for fashion hotline will be reversed. I am still waiting for a call. I cannot pay the R70 after travelling from Rocklands to Cleary Park for a coat that I desperately wanted only to find that Nikki sold it hours earlier and had no remorse. Oh I never got an apology for the inconvenience!!
