Worst treatment!!!

Worst experience with Foschini!!! I paid up my account with them in 2018, I made a BIG mistake by keeping the account open. 3 years later they start harassing me, callingme daily telling me that i have a balance on my account that i know nothing of! I have been calling their customer care for the past 4 months and all I have been getting is empty promises, how they will transfer me to theor complaints lady, meanwhile they have affected my credit record so much!!! It has been such an inconvenience, they just dont care how they have affected my life so negatively
