Worst shop ever

I have had the worst experience fro foschini in tokai (blue route mall) I am waiting for Sino (the cellphones guy to call me since February to give me & update on a cellphone that I have dropped off , I have spoken to various people in the store who hasn't been any help namely Nasiema,Joshua & Malieka ,its been 6 months waiting for my cell phone & nobody knows anything.
