Worst service from Austin from foschini Menlyn

Yesterday I went to foschini in Menlyn and I wanted to buy the new perfume by Tommy Hilfigure and a guy by the name Austin was assisting and from the start I didn't feel comfortable because of how he was doing his sales work. I had to be polite and not voice how I felt for the sake of peace. I smelled other scents and another lady was there to assist and she was very friendly and kind. I asked to smell the new perfume from Michael Kors and to my shock the guy rudely said that those things don't last infront of other staff members and we were all shocked by the way he said it with passion and a rude I don't care attitude and his colleagues tried to reprimand and he was ****y and then the lady who was helping me said AUSTIN is like this. That immediately shocked me and I was put off and immediately left without paying for the perfume. When I turned to leave he said "SHE CAN ***OFF" and I proceeded to leave. A lady who was there and works at foschini followed me but the way I was shook I left i was not interested in hearing anything from anyone. This experience was shocking and his behaviour was not one of a professional person and a sales person for that matter. As a perfume enthusiast who buys perfumes all the time I will never ever set foot in that store because I refuse to be treated with disrespect by someone who clearly lacks respect and home training. A man who says a stranger should ***off is not supposed to work with people. I wonder how many other customers he treats this way.
