Worst service experience ever

Their service is very bad when you claim for cellphone insurance .I made my claim on 14 November 2019 only to find nothing happened when I called today. my claim never registered ,no contact and the lady I spoke says my document just sitting she will get the policy no or card no. Am not convinced with answer because it is delayed my claim by 3weeks .
