Worst service ever/ Worst cellphone ever Samsung Galaxy grand prime +

I bought a MTN cellphone ( samsung galaxy grand prime plus) from Foshini in Baywest Mall (Port Elizabeth) on the 4th of June 2017.

The first week the phone gave me no problems, the second week it kept on saying memory full. Whereby I started deleting some items and unesscesary apps that was already on the cellphone. (The first week there was way more things on the phone, then on the 2nd week).

I had only downloaded BBM, watssup and the Nedbank app. Also the phone only gave me the option to move these downloaded apps to my memmorycard, which I did. I also went to settings for pics and videos, so that it will automaticly go to the memorycard once taken.

I had deleted all my photos and videos etc, whereby the phone still said 7.6 gigs used of 8 gig memory...which is the phone memmory. I had then reset the phone to factory default settings, whereby still the same memory problem occurd, the phone is now empty. Which I cannot understand, becuase by now there should be ample space, I had even cleared cache, cookies and data etc, I also did a software update. Whereby I decided to take the phone in to Foschini where I purchased the phone, because nothing I did seem to had resolved this problem.

I had then explained to the manager on dutyin Foschinni on the 18th June 2017 what my problem with the phone is, whereby she told me I must reset the phone and that all my emails are taking up space. I then again explained to her the problem I had with the phone. She then took me to MTN in Baywestmall, where the sales lady told me that I should do a software update. I told the sales lady that I did do that. She then proceeded to the software update. While I was waiting for her to do the software update, the manager of Foschinni and the MTN sales lady were having a full on conversation on how I should'nt have purchased a phone like this and in future that I should do my homework before purchusing a cellphone like this. Whereby I told her that I did do my homework and that I was happy with the phone untill the 2nd week. She then told the manager of Foschinni that she should rather book the phone in for me,this only after I have complained numerous times. So I had no choice to book the phone in by this time, to resolve the memory problem. I asked them how long will it take for me to get the phone back or for them to let me know if there is a manafacturing fault, they had said plus minus 8 weeks. The sales lady of MTN also told me that next time I should look into getting a more exspensive phone, rather then the R 2000 phone I had bought. She made me feel so worthless, I have a 17 month old son I have to take care off and R 2000 is alot of money for me to spend on a phone, that is now pointless and useless.

By now I am really unhappy, I must now wait 8 weeks for feedback on a cellphone I had only for 2 weeks.

Nevermind that the sales lady of MTN and the manager of Foschinni who made me feel like I was stupid for choosing this phone in the first place.

Really very very very dissapointed in the cellphone and the service I had recieved!!!!
