Worst service ever, never buy from them online they ***** your stuff

We ordered from the online store from a couple of different shops, one of the items were never delivered but the system says complete. The more I tell them that one item is missing the interested they are, they simply just ignore your emails and phone calls, if the delivery person didn't deliver it is still on TFG's responsibility, they can't find the slip or proof of delivery. I am livid beyond control.
