Worst service ever.

I have an account with foschini the worst account ever.My outstanding balance is R1550.......i have canceled all the magazines but they keep on charging me for it.The initial balance was R2200 that was 3 years ago.According to my eft payments i have already paid them R3550.I dont buy anything on this account because i dont have any credit available.
