Worst service ever

On the 30 October 2019 I took out a data contract from one2one and I was told that they part of Foschini group. I was then informed that my sim card will be delivered to me and I gave my work address for such (16 Old fort place Durban). The consultant told me that I was going to be contacted prior to delivery. I then missed a call around 07h30 and I repeatedly called that number with no luck At 09h20 I received a message saying delivery could not be done.I then got someone to call the delivery company and arrange delivery but that was refused. I called Foschini and was transferred to Samantha who was very rude saying listening is a s**** (implying that I'm lacking suc)
