Worst service

Went to Foschini in Ladybrand yesterday and was assisted by the worst cashier ever. He (I didn't get his name as he had no tag, however he speaks tswana and in Ladybrand people speak Sesotho) refused to use my ID as I forgot my card, then when I asked me to create a new card for me he told me to wait for other customers who were behind me to pay first.

I'm very disappointed in his lack of customer service, please train your staff properly.
