Worst service

Went to foschini @ eloff street JHB cbd I was sent from one cashier to the other floor to floor. I spent more than an hour on ques but still I was not assisted. All I wanted was a serial number for the phone I bought there. I contacted your helpline and I was told I can get it from the store but the stuff was so rude. Please assist me as this is a matter of life and death.
