Worst pathetic services
I have had this account so long never skipped a month of payment and now that I want it closed and requested for a closure letter I am being send to 15 departments and made an idiot by all call center agents. It's two weeks and still no update or closure letter. Wasting my airtime calling for two weeks. I need answers. Including my letter immediately send
