Worst online shopping experience ever!

I don't understand how they can get it so totally wrong. I ordered 4 items, made credit card payment and then when I followed up TWO WEEKS later, suddenly I get an out of stock notification on every one of the 4 items and my entire order cancelled! You can't get hold of anyone to complain. Order p***.

Then what do you know, all the items are still there in their online shop on Black Friday! So against my better judgement I put the order in again, and the second I made EFT payment I get a notification that the order has been cancelled! Order number p***.

I am so angry and now I have to waste my time trying to get my money back again. An absolute disgrace, so many companies manage to get the online shopping experience right, but I will never order from Total Sports again.
