Worst online service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought online more than a week ago,last week on the 18th (Friday)I got a call from a driver ,asking for direction to deliver my parcel from TFG!!!that driver never ever delivered,I posted on their Facebook and Instagram pages ,Donna never even bothered to offer tracking my order or just replying !!!!!!!!!!!!!!all they care about is money and don’t care after of their customers after that .The first purchase I bought shoes and they were big .logged a call for refund ,they promised to fetch the shoes and a year later I still have those shoes !!!!!!!!!!!what a nightmare
