Worst online experience

I ordered perfume from them a couple of days ago and it clearly said the product is IN STOCK but to my disappointment I received an email from them today stating that the product is OUT OF STOCK. How do you advertise something that is not available? I like to buy my stuff online and I have never experienced something like this before with any other store. I just went to check online if any of the foschini stores doesn't have the perfume I ordered and it shows Tygervalley and Canal Walk have the perfume in stock. What a disappointed.
