Worst Experience with Bash Online

Placed an order on the 17 Nov 2023 to be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. The package never arrived till today. I tried to follow up but the parcel was nowhere to be found. I asked asked them to replace the items because they still have a stock but they could not. Their customer service is very bad.
