Worst customer service experienced

<p>I was shopping for shoes on Saturday 20 May 2017 at the Foschini at Mall of Carnival. I had always considered Foschini to have the best shoes compared to other department stores and was excited to get a new pair, my exitement soon disappeared.</p> <p> </p> <p>I saw a shoe I liked and went up to a lady working at the shoes section wearing black. I greated her and asked if they had size 4. She said can't I see she's busy and refused to help me. I had to go look for another lady to help which she did. I was left with such distaste that I just bought any random shoes and left. I will never set foot at the Foschini at Mall at Carnival.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to Foschini at Springs mall the same day to return those shoes and a friendly gentle man assisted me at the shoe department to get the right pair. I don't think I will have a high regard for Foschini anymore. I can't be given such rude service and have to spend my money again for Foschini group not to train their staff on customer services.</p>
