Worst customer service EVER

I paid an incorrect account at Foschini quaggacenter and upon mu realization i told the cashier and he called his manager named Juliet who wad completely rude to me. This lafu instead of helping me kust mafe me ferl stupid and we had a screaming match in store in view of other customers. All i t want is money back and i demand an apology from this rude Juliet. I paid amd now i eanr my money back amf will not be shopping at Foschini for the rest of my life.
