Worst customer service EVER!
<p>Foshini Southdale 30 July 2016 - Phumla was so rude I was completely speechless - I asked her to check my balance on my account, she said she couldn't - I told her that I have been asking for statements for months now as they were e-mailed to me and then stopped, I did phone the call centre who advised me to go to a branch. She said it's not her problem I must call the call centre - I then purchased something and she told me I had no credit, I asked her again what my limit was and she said " I can not help with that, give me cash", she then ignored me while ringing up my purchase, and laughed with the guy behind me in the Q talking in their language! Pathetic!</p>
