Worst customer service

I had the worst customer service ever at the Foschini Woodland store. I wanted to exchange a bag I had bought but the one I now wanted wasn't available. I then asked for a refund and I was given a run around for the whole day. Comments (nasty comments) were even made unaware that I could hear them. A lady named Malebo was part of the group, another one had spectacles on and the other one has rickets. They have the worst attitudes and need to be trained about customer service
