Worst customer service at wonderpark mall

I went to Foscini in wonderpark mall 24th February 2018 at 10:30am on a saturday , and wanted to buy bikini with my account. When I ask the consultant she tells me their bikinis are boxed she can't help me. This is by far the worst foschini i have been to and it would have been better to get a response that they have no stock but instead I am referred to Mr Price store to buy my bikini. Either there is a lack of training or your service providers do not care for their customers. I don't think I will ever visit this store again and I won't advice anyone to visit that branch unless they really don't have a choice.
