WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

For a very long time I have heard of the shocking customer service at Foshini centurion mall, as a result when I experienced poor customer service from that store I considered it the norm. However the service I received today was the straw that broke the camels back. From the shoes, clothing and especially the frangrance department every employee I encountered had acted as if they were doing me a favour or treated me as if I was someone unlearned and was bothering them.My treatment today has made me understand why people I know would by-pass centurion mall and drive all the way to Menlyn park Foshini and from now on I will be doing the same.For those responsible for Foshini centurion mall no amount of renovation could remove the stink of poor attitude and unwillingness to help customers.If I were a consumer considering to open an account at Foshini I would recommend to steer clear of Foshini centurion mall because they will make think otherwise .
