Worst Cosmetic and Fragrance section I have ever experienced in my life

On the 21st Sept I walked into the store to purchase two fragrances but due to my cancer treatment my skin in very sensitive so I normal have to ask to samples in case I need my epi-pen. Unfortunately I didn't have it with but the attitude in the store was terrible. I had to beg for service and the consultant Jan had no idea what he was doing.....no strips testing the different fragrances, nor was there any coffee beans to assist the process. He didn't even know what I was talking about. How can you release new fragrances and not have samples and then you put a clueless consultant on the floor who is more interested in in conversation with the rest of the staff than doing his job. When I asked about specials once again clueless but that wasn't the the worse the Cosmetic Manager Gcinile was 5 steps away and did nothing......except stocking her shelf. If this what one of the leading beauty houses now believes in? I'm a gentlemen but I purchase all my fragrances their because you were normally the best......I've never been treated so poorly in the my life. If this was my staff a written warning would be issued immediately or maybe they just didn't want to serve a Jew as I was in my traditional dress. Maybe the store at Centurion Mall is anti-Jew. So disappointed but this entire experience!!!
